For filling NMMS as a scholarship, first you have to  apply for the application form then  after applying for it you have to fulfill all the eligibility criteria’s which involves registeration on the National scholarship portal then you have to figure out your NMMS form after you have fulfilled all the criteria you will be able for scholarship.
