see there is various recruitment comes for isro, however it also depends on the pst and what kind of job you have applied. however just passing 10th and no other technical certificate would not get you a job in isro or any other research organization. some times technician or apprentice hires for ISRO, STUDENTS WHO HAVE iti Passed or diploma course in engineering may apply for the post.

again it depends on whether the recruitment come or not. so right now in this early stage of study you should focus on how you want to make your career, which course interest you the most. just dont think about only ISRO. there is many more reputed organization available apart from ISRO.,

Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but you can't get job directly after class 10 you need to complete your graduation at least to get eligible for ISRO Jobs.

I'll suggest you to please Complete your class 11 and 12 and graduation first this is not a good time to think about Jobs.

If you're willing to apply in Jee main entrance examination still you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned below -

Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.
