You can join ISRO with computer science background with mere Bsc degree won't help you. You need to complete atleast Msc or Phd. Because the kind of organisation ISRO is it would definitely need more skilled candidate. Try to check their official website and somw other sites for having up to date information about their recruitment process. Do some other skills ans certificate courses which will give you edge over others.

There are many recruitments are published on isro website as well  as for some posts ssc/upsc may recruit for them. As you have done your bachelor degree in computer science you are eligible for many of there recruitments. You have to clear there exams after that you can only join ISRO.
