Getting into AIIMS is quite difficult but very possible to get into with hard work of course.
first you have to believe that you can actually do it and you've got all it takes in you. Then you have to work out a schedule. You have to to sacrifice most things for your studies.
Then also, you have to work on how to study. i suggest you read through the whole syllabus, building concepts of all before attempting the MCQs. continuing practicing the MCQs until you solve them faster
