Both colleges are good in their own way. But according to me Jamia is better as it is a central university and  it is situated in Delhi-NCR due to which it will provide you with more exposure.

Placement scenario is also better at Jamia as compared to AMU.

Fees for both the colleges is low but AMU has less Fees for MBA as Compared to Jamia.

Accomodation Facility at AMU is cheap and better if compared to Jamia.

Like i said both the colleges are good in their own way but Jamia is more preferable because of the exposure it provides along with internships and placement opportunities.
