Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis (BFIA) was started in1999 to provide specialized course in the field of Finance at an undergraduate level.The program was developed and is being offered by Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies only under the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences and Humanities (University of Delhi, SouthCampus) .BFIA is a six semester professional degree program designed keeping in mind the requirements of the Indian Financial Markets. The students also undertake six to eight weeks summer training at the end of the second and the fourth semester. Each semester culminates in University examinations.

If you pursue this from a good college then you have good chances of  placement.  For example,  Placement in in this course in   Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Rohini, Delhi. Then this year the placement record improved and it was good, most of the students got placed. For 2017-18 session highest package was of around 13 Lacs per annum and average would be 4.5-5 Lacs per annum. Companies like BCG, Mckinsy knowledge centre, Deliotte, KPMG, Ernst & Young, B9 Beverages, Magicpin, S&P global, RocSearch, The bluebeans, CBRE and many other companies visited the college during placement.
