As far as I've heard of BESC, it is affiliated to Calcutta University and is private also. So it is very costly to study there. Also in last few years the standards of CU have also gone down. The faculty there seems good as everyone has an M.Sc. and almost everyone holds a Ph.D. Their profiles aren't available to see from where they have done it.
