Dear Student,

I would like to tell you that St. Thomas is a very good college. If you are getting CSE there then definately go for it. Dont leave this opportunity. It has a very good infrastructure. The placements are good.

Yes if you think you have chances of getting a seat then definately wait. Do apply for other colleges as a back up option aslo.
