IK Gujral Punjab Technical University is a good college for Engineering in core subjects such as it has good infrastructure. The buildings are new. They are very vast in the area. The auditorium is huge. The faculty members are very knowledgeable and experts. They are very hardworking. The teachers support the students to do better.

 There are many companies which visit at the end of the year in December to place the students. There are majorly private companies which are local in Punjab and sometimes from the industrial area like Noida. AON and Wipro are the companies majorly visit the college.
