Greenhouse effect: It is the process by which certain gases in the Earth's atmosphere trap heat which resulting in warming the planet. Greenhouse gases (GHGs) like nitrous oxide (N2O), carbon dioxide (CO2), and methane (CH4) allow sunlight to pass through but absorb infrared radiation emitted from the Earth's surface. Increased concentrations of these gases lead to global warming and climate change. These gases increased primarily from human activities like burning fossil fuels and deforestation, enhancing the greenhouse effect
