OP Tandon is good for physical chemistry,but can't say the same for organic chemistry.

It is good for learning theory and new concepts but it doesn't have that much of good question bank for practice.

RS Aggarwal is also one of the popular book, but it is preferred for ICSE Board. So if you are from CBSE Board, then go for RD Sharma. Also mostly syllabus of entrance exams are matched with CBSE syllabus.

In physics, for practice purposes, DC Pandey is the best.

But if you want the explanations on theories then HC Verma is better.
