To fill Gujarat PG 2019 application form

• Purchase PIN online or from designated branches of Axis Bank on payment of Rs. 2000

• Then access the application form 

• Click on New Registration option

• Get registered using serial number of PIN/User ID, 14-digit PIN, email id, mobile and roll number.

• Upon successful registration, the candidate will be access the application form where the candidate has to fill in personal and academic details, NEET 2019 details.

• The candidate will also have to upload relevant documents.

• Finally submit the application form.

If the application process is successful, confirmation slip will be generated containing the registration number and indicating date of application submission. The candidate needs to note the information carefully for future reference.
