As far as I know the selection of PwD candidates is 100 percent in a government medical college. So there is no competition if one is a PwD candidate. Let me give you an example. In my state, Odisha there are 34 seats reserved for PwD candidates and total number of PwD candidates for any given year nevet exceeds 18. Means all PwD candidates get a government medical seat. However they need to obtain a qualifying percentile, which is 45 percentile for PwD candidates.
