admission to any mbbs colleges like government or private of India is based on neet ug score. there is two type of counselling held. state wise neet counselling to fill 85% of seat and  private colleges including Management quota seats will be conducted through state counseling authority.

The Counselling under 15% All India Quota seats (except Jammu Kashmir) and all seats of Deemed Universities/ Central Universities/ Seats of ESIC & AFMC including Delhi University (DU), BHU,AMU, AIIMS & JIPMER will be conducted by the MCC/DGHS on the basis of NEET score.
