see government college of engineering bargur is one of the renowned college of tamil nadu. college is affiliated by anna university. the syllabus and the exam pattern is as of anna university structures. however college has excellent infrastructure , faculty members are fair with the ratio of students. college has separate laboratory and mentors for project works. however the placement is moderate , but cse department is best as of placement record. most of the service based IT companies recruits the on campus drive. some of the notable recruiters are tcs, cognizant, infosys etc.
