Generally colleges intake students ability if you score good rank in mains but failed to achieve good colleges

Then you can try with local colleges where they intake depending on performance

This may vary from college to college

Sorry but most local engineering College don't consider jee advance rank.

Yes some local college accept jee main score for admission, how much weightage given to jee main differs from college to college.
