After the NEET scores and merit ranks are out and also the counselling processes have started, then you can start the choice of colleges form filling in which you can start with government colleges in top and then below you can mention the private colleges and then as per your merit score and rank, you're alloted the colleges as per that list only. So in case if you need Index Medical college which is a private college only, kindly Keep it on the top of the list.
