Previously there was an age limit and attempt limit for NEET. But now that ruling has been contested in the Supreme Court and there is a Stay on that ruling. And so until there is a final verdict on that decision, there is no upper age limit and there is no cap on the no.of times that you can appear for NEET. And regarding the validity of your NEET score, it is 1 year if you want to use to study MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses in India and it is 3 years if you want to use it to study MBBS, BDS abroad.
