Yeah definitely you are eligible to write the JEE MAINS examination in 2019 since you have given your class 12 in the this year so definitely you are eligible to apply for main in next as well after next year. Since you are having 3 attempts to write the JEE MAINS and you are left out with 2 more attempts in 2019 as well in 2020.

Could you please tell me whether you attempted the JEE Main 2018 or not?

If you have attempted, then you will be eligible for both JEE Main 2019 January & April sessions until the notification is released by the NTA regarding the eligibility criteria of JEE Mains.

You are eligible to sit for both JEE Main next year. As per the last year eligibility criteria, candidates will get 3 chances to prove themselves.
