There are various steps included in the paper challenge in CBSE. You have to first send the copy for rechecking which generally is a fast process and takes around 7 days. Then you can also go for the reevaluation of the paper. If you are talking about the reevaluation part of the challenge then you will be getting your result in around a Month. They send you a new Marksheet via post along with the letter if your marks are increased which can itself take around 10-12 days. Thus I would say the whole process would be taking around a month or 45 days at max. Feel free to comment down your further queries.
