In the last five year  almost 70+ questions out of 90 are from ncert biology books. And most of them are asked indirectly and students think that they are asked from out of syllabus. But it is not. 

Students should read each and every word of ncert books carefully by understanding their meanings and should know from which word or sentence it is connected. 

To be perfect you should practise mcqs of biology from any extra book like mtg or  any other.
