There are neet ug ,aiims , jipmer exam for getting admission in mbbs course. Aiims and jipmer conducts entrance exam for their own seats.
While neet ug entrance exam is for admission to mbbs seat in various medical colleges of india.

NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER are the three exams through which you can take admission in mbbs course. Aiims and JIPMER are particular institutes who conduct exams for their own institute. For all other medical colleges Neet is the only exam.
