For B.Tech fee structure varies from college to college. Whether the college is centrally-funded or state-funded or is private matters a lot. I will be mentioning a general range of total academic fees of B.Tech per semester for the government as well as private college.

Government Colleges-> Academic Fee per semester 60,000-70,000 (top colleges like IITs and NITs)

Private Colleges ->Academic Fee per semester 80,000 - 1,50,000( top like BITS, Manipal etc...)

There are also provisions of Scholarships on the basis of merit and financial condition. Which are provided by government and college authorities.
