Candidates who secure rank below 10,000 are eligible to get free seat. Top 10,000 rankers in Engineering stream and Agriculture stream will get free seat irrespective of their category. There isn't any separate quota for free seats. If your rank is below 10,000 then you will get a free seat under convener quota and the college/branch that is going to be allocated to you depends on the cut off, your rank, category, preferences and seat availability.
