The working hours are usually a 9-hour schedule. Most call centres have an 8-hour workday with a one-hour break.

Again, it is dependent on the region, the rules of the country or state in question, company policy, and so on.

Most centres offer overtime pay, which allows staff to work beyond hours (as needed) and be compensated for it.

The payscale is  dependent on the area and the brand with which you will be working. For example, if you work in Tier 1 cities such as Gurgaon or Mumbai, the pay share of freshers is favourable. In addition, if you work for reputable companies such as Concentrix or Teleperformance, you will be paid highly in comparison to small call centres. It might range from 6 to 25k, with an average of 10k in India.
