it's always the quality of time you spen.it depends on ur problem solving skills and ur talent.so whatever makes you comfortable go with it.

never take too much stress by continuous study hours .but choose right material and right source of info make best test books and model questions ur way of practice to crack.work on time management which helps in neck moment time at jee advance AND mains as the its the major role in these comepititive exams

If you want to score good marks in JEE Main it's all about giving quality time to your study not quantity. It also depends on your grasping power. You should give atleast minimum 6-8 hours of quality time.

You can make your own time-table and follow that. You can include daily targets and weekly targets. Give extra attention to the topics which carries more weightage in the exam.

You should also refer to previous year papes to understand the exam pattern and level of questions. Solve as many as mock test series to analyze your preparation level on regular basis and to your strength and weakness. So, that you can work upon then accordingly.

But magar Haan, Mein apko guide Kar sakta hoon ki jo v padho man Laga kr padho. Koi cheez ap agr apna dilo Jan se krte hoon Phir 6 hours Mein ho jayega aur apka man padhai par nehein hein toh 18 hours to kya 24 hour bathe rahoge toh v kuch nehein hone wala.
