See u Haven't mentioned the name of the college u r asking about so it is impossible to tell u about the intake fixtures of the admissions being taken in any of the random college.

The no of students taken by a college in a particular stream differs from college to college. It depends upon the no of faculties and the tie ups of the college with the respected companies.

About the NRI quota eligibility u should be having a certificate to prove that u belong to that criteria by showing any of the proof required by the concerned college.
