How many mark in class 12 for iit advance

For appearing in JEE advanced examination, a candidate must scored 75% in 12th board or qualified in JEE mains examination. However, the cut off percentage is 65% for SC and ST category. There is no consideration of percentage in ranking but you should obtain minimum aggregate percentage to get admission further after qualifying the exam.

Hi Aspirant,

The JEE advance doesn't specify about the marks of 12th Class. You just need to be passes in class 12 or any equivalent examination by recognised board. But you have to be qualified in JEE MAINS erxamination.  For further information refer the link below.

Hello 

To get admission in NIT /IIT/IIITS through jee mains and advanced

You have to secure minumim 75%marks in 12 th board also in each individual main subjects ( if you belong to general /obc category)

And it is 65% minimum for ST/ST category.
