Your NEET score should be minimum 500+ in order to get admission in  Government Medical College. As the cutoff changes every year.. and so approximate marks for admission in a particular college can't be predicted. However you should keep high target so that at least you can score near to it.. or  even more.. which will surely be beneficial for you. So prepare well and study smart.!

Actually the minimum marks required for the government medical College is around you should get above 400 marks and the thing is that it will vary on category and other things
