The cut offs do change every year for IIT JAM. For you subject as chemistry this year the closing rank for first round is AIR 305. For the third round it is 318 i.e there is not much difference in the first and the final round. For opening and closing ranks of other IITs you may look for the below link

Greetings Shaifali,Qualifying marks In IIT JAM exam is 27 for MSC Chemistry.However to get admission in IIT Indore you need to get a rank within 250 in IIT jam exam for General category students.

Hi there!
As per the 2019 Rank List, IIT Indore M.SC. Chemistry opened at AIR 214 and closed at AIR 305, for General Category.
And in the second round it was almost the same as first round.
So if you can see then Marks vs Rank in Chemistry you'll find that 25-35 or 40 Marks will be enough.
