Hello dear

As you know that the all the branches have different cut offs rank because it depends upon the students choices and preferences. Meanwhile you can get NIT Trichy even in 150 marks or less but you have to go with the one core branch. CSE is most favorite branch and it's cut ofc is also high and for this you need to secure rank under 1000-1300 ( outside state quota) and 4000-5000 ( home state quota) and respectively marks are near about 260+ and 230-240+ .

Here I am providing you link where you can see last year's cut offs for each branch and category and have an idea about it:

Hello there,
NIT Trichy is the best among all. To get into the no.1 NIT, you need to score atleast 99 percentile, since you are from general category. Your rank should be less than 10k in JEE mains. To get the top branches in the institute, like CSE, you need to rank around 1k. For this, you should score 300-320 marks out of 360 in JEE mains.
Don't panic, everything will go well.
