Under All India Quota, it is hard to pick a State which would have lesser cut offs. Admission to Medical Colleges under All India Counselling means higher cut offs. Even with OBC reservation for a seat under All India Counselling in Karnataka, you will need atleast 550-575. Now this is based on 2019 cut offs and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
