Hello simmi Gautam. You have to get more than 50% of the marks (i.e,100 marks out of 200) to get good AIIMS as per the 2018 cut off. It may be same for this year also ranging (40-60)% . So you have to score 80-110 marks in the exam to get into the good AIIMS
