Every practice book is good but just relying on one practice book and expecting to score higher is not a thing. MTG fingertips covers NCERT proficiently and with detail. A candidate can get good amount of practice and base clearance from it.

But just relying on that and expecting high score, is not possible. You need to do many other practices such as previous years questions and much more. One cannot tell the marks you can get by studying a particular book because the paper pattern keeps on changing and the question does not come as it is there in book. So, practice more and you will really achieve good marks with s good rank.
