If you study the past year papers of EAMCET then you will find that most of the question in physics are formulae based as well as in Physical chemistry thus you can expect to score at least 15-20 marks by just remembering formulae depending on the difficulty of the paper.

Although I would advise you that you should try to learn concepts as much as you can in order to have better results in competitive exams like this.
