As per previous year cutoffs for NIMCET, the marks you need to get a desired rank is listed below. The marks are listed for General Category student.

• Approximately 365+ were the marks one used to have for a rank under 100.
• 300+ marks will give you a chance for top 4 NIT's, under 200 rank.
• 260 to 290+ marks approximately in general category got one under 400 rank and next 3 NIT’s.
• Below these marks down to 220+ marks got one lower 3 NIT's/above 400 ranks.
