Getting a rank within 5000 would be a tough call however if you aim to score above 580 there are good enough chances that you will get under 5000. As the no of students appearing for neet increases every year so I would say a score of 580+ would keep you on the safer side.

My neet marks are 351.sc category rank is 7114.all India rank is 120504.can I get seat in my state telangana or even in 15% quota.even bds
