As cut-off marks vary year to year and state to state,as you have not mentioned your category and state so it will be difficult to provide you the exact cut-off marks but if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then to be on safer side you should score above 510 marks and if you are applying under 15% all india quota seats then you should score above 560 marks to secure a seat in government medical college.i hope this information helps you.
