There is no Sports quota in the All India Counseling. However, many states like Haryana, Goa and Tamil Madu have 3% reservation for sports category.
To be eligible for this category, a candidate must hold a district level, national or international level certificate in any sport.
The cut off for this category varies from state to state and the number of candidates applying for this category.

Likewise, if there is a chance to use the sports quota to apply for NEET. To be eligible, candidates must hold a district- or national-level sports certificate.

Reservations for rural quotas are available in KCET. In NEET, you can find out if you belong to the Economically Weaker Section category. A candidate will be eligible for the EWS quota in the NTA NEET if their household income is less than INR 8 lakh per year.

There is nothing as such sports quota in AIQ. So you'll not be getting any benifit of your sport quota in that.

How ever there are certain States such that Punjab and telangana who offeres horizontal special category sports quota reservation. But it also comes up with lot of technicalities. Your sports quota certificate need to be atleast state level or national level in order to avail the sports reservation.

Rural quota reservation is available in KCET. In NEET you can check if you are falling under the category of Economical Weaker Section. Candidates will be eligible for the EWS quota in NTA NEET if their household income is less than INR 8 lakh per year. The amount of agricultural land the family owns cannot exceed 5 acres. Less than 1000 square feet should make up the residential apartment.
