In India mbbs course admission is only based on neet ug score. now it is really difficult to predict the cutoff , cutoff score depends on the some of the major determining factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category and so on. based on 2018 data, sc category  cutoff was 389 for cmc vellore. there is no surety that it would remain same for all coming years.

so you must try to achieve high score as much as possible.
