Dear friend,

IPU do not declare the marks of the students .It only declare rank of the candidate on the basis of which students get various colleges.

So if you are from outside Delhi then you need rank under 2000 to get CSE in top colleges of IPU .
If you are from Delhi then you need rank under 4500 around to get CSE in top colleges (USIT,MAIT,BVCOE and MSIT) . I have mentioned the rank for a general category candidate.
