I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you that by analsyis of past cut offs , candidate can easily 99 percentile if he/she has scored 160+ in jee mains exam. It is hard to predict the cut off on difficulty because no one knows at on what scale out of 10 difficulty of paper would be. I will suggest you to make a target to score atleast 160 above for scoring a 99+ percentile.
