Cut off marks vary according to the colleges.
If you want to take admission in government colleges in Maharashtra you have to appear in MHT CET exam and you must have domicile certificate with 50% aggregate marks in P/C/M in general category.
You should try to get more then 150 marks in MHT CET to get good colleges.
For private colleges in Maharashtra All India Students are eligible they can take admission through JEE Main or MHT CET.
For government colleges you can appear in JEE Main to get admission in NITs/IITs/IIITs and GFTIs. In order to be eligible you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you sould be in top 20 percentile. For SC/ST you should have 65% marks.
