Hi,
To get admission in MBBS course in India primarily you have to clear NEET for government medical colleges all around India, to calculate the cutoff is a difficult task so to give you an idea about it I'll mention past year trends below:

Category cutoff percentile    cutoff scores
General     40th                       701-107

Clearing the cutoff doesn't guarantee that you will get a college.
