Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with minimum 50% withPhysics, Chemistry, Biology and English or Agriculture Polytechnic.

Eligible candidates can apply through the online application forms available on the official MCAER website. The university reserves 15% of the total seats for students appearing in All India Entrance Exam, conducted by the Indian Council of Agriculture Research. Remaining seats are filled on the basis of qualifying examination merit.
