For qualifying in JEE mains for Jee advanced , you need to score more than the cutoff score in JEE mains. Below is a lsit of cutoffs in JEE mains according to NTA score

Apart from that you need to score more than 75% in 12 boards for general category and more than  65% in 12 for ST/SC/OBC /PWD.

It's not like the way you are asking this question. Advance selection is dependent on percentile not on the marks you scored. One more important thing is that every year it changes as per difficulty level of exam paperand subject.

It also depends on the type of negative marking and various other factors also..

You have to score as high as possible. The more you score high that will make you eligible for top IIT college like Bombay campus.
If you are looking for cutoff for just qualifying jee Advance then for general it was 89.75 NTA score for general category.
So it totally depends on you how you prepare.
