It would be difficult to predict the exact marks as the cutoff vary every year depending on various fcators like the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appearing in the exam, etc.
However, you can refer to the previous year AIIMS MBBS cutoff for reference and to have an idea abut the expected cutoff.
AIIMS (New Delhi) MBBS 2018 last rank for general category was 53.

Hello Pratik,

The minimum aggeragate marks required in physics,chemistry, biology and in english to get MBBS in AIIMs are 

* for general and obc category 60% of marks are need to secure.

* for sc/st/pwd category 50% of marks need to secure.
