Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test is a state-level exam conducted once a year. It is conducted in three languages English, Telugu, Urdu.

If you want to be eligible for the free seat then you have to score a rank under 10,000 or you can get a fee waiver of 96,000 every year by the government if you belong to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe.

Eligibility criteria for having free seat in TS EAMCET is is following:

Candidates will be eligible to get a free seat only if his rank is below 10000.

Government offers reimbursement of 96000 per year for schdeuled caste and scheduled tribes.

So one will be only eligible for free seats only under above mentioned two cases.
