You should aim for a score above 140 marks in jee advanced for getting a good college.

While for qualifying:

Minimum Percentage Aggregate Marks required is 15.75%
Minimum Percentage of Marks in Each Subject is 4.5%.

Scoring above 140 marks will ensure you obc category rank above 1500 and a CRL rank in the range 7500-7800.
