Hello,

In competitive tests like the MHT-CET, there is no such thing as passing or failing. The only thing that matters is whether you get a good or terrible grade. If you want to get into a reputable institution or receive a scholarship, you must have high grades (165+).

Getting good marks will improve your chances of being accepted into a good institution. It also depends on which field you wish to pursue, as cutoffs for CS and IT are typically higher, while cutoffs for other branches are lower.

So, if you want to be safe, aim for a score of 170 or above, with which you may be guaranteed of getting into your preferred college or branch.
